Mantova Children's Day: a day of joy and solidarity

Since 2005, Mantova has held a special event annually for students at the Manoel Pereira dos Santos Municipal Elementary School, providing a day filled with music, games, workshops, educational activities and delicious snacks.

In 2024, the event was developed with the aim of promoting entertainment and well-being for children, while strengthening relationships between employees, family and friends. Testimonials from teachers and students always reflect a strong emotional bond with the company, highlighting how much children love participating in this event.

In addition, Children's Day offers a valuable opportunity for students to socialize with their peers, promoting moments of joy and, often, new friendships.

"Mantova employees and schoolteachers are fully involved in the project, which raises awareness and supportive attitudes. This helps transform these children into responsible adults. The results motivate us to continue and make the event even better”, says Natália Silva, from Mantova’s HR department.
